I went to Toromont Cat for the service of my truck. Special thanks to Angelo and Steve who were very helpful, friendly and gave great advice. They are trustworthy and always have your best interests at heart. Their team of technicians and mechanics are great. Outstanding customer service. Will recommend to others as well.

Was in the parts section today where I witnessed such disgusting behavior. The Black woman working behind the desk was aggressively bullying the other young man working behind the desk. She was constantly Insinuating he is stupid and couldn't work the computer. The room was full of customers where this woman instead of helping her colleague she repeatedly kept putting him down and embrassing him. Along came anther worker named Wade where he also joined in on the insults and bullied the young man. He was shouting "This Younger generation is suppose to be smarting but I guess not, maybe it's what these kids do at night." Insinuating drugs. What a toxic environment for this young man. Shame on these two employees and CAT for allowing this behavior in the workspace.

Bought a brand new lift with warranty from Toromont Concord. Broken within 3 days of use. Been sitting now for a month unused, they can't fix it, don't stock any parts, don't know when they'll get a part, refuse to provide a free rental --- and now refuse to return the equipment too. Would not recommend this company to anyone, ever.

The branch manager at this company doesn't know what she's doing .She doesn't know how to manage a branch. She should go take a course on how to manage and deal with customers. No people skills what so ever.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in parts and service departments. I did tune up on my CAT engine here. And as complimentary, at the end received a voucher for 100$. Definitely will deal again. Recommend!

Bought a dozer though Chris Fraser yes it was used and sold as is. I was told machine was work ready, needed nothing but an undercarriage. Turns out machine needed a transmission and speed sensors. I have many emails from him stating he would reimburse me for the parts and labor. Here I am 1 year and 3 months later once I got the machine fixed, he has yet to answer my phone calls since he sent me emails stating he would work with me on the parts and labor. I would not recommend dealing with him or toromont cat. They don’t stand behind their word after statements are made.

Never had a bad experiance with this Toromont branch. Parts are always in stock due to the fact they have a gigantic warehouse on site along with a great deal of knowledgeable field service technicians. Kai the service manager for the "Tractor" Division or Heavy Equipment is very knowledgeable about their machinery and also good tips/tricks for our own up keep of machines. Always a fun trip to the "candy store" aka their merchandise store for some nice memorabilia or apparel
